| Can you quote me a price in my currency? |
We advertise
all products with UK Prices in Pounds Sterling without Value Added Tax, Euros, US
Dollars and Japanese Yen. As the currency exchange rates change frequently, we cannot give an accurate price in your currency. You can work out a better figure for yourself by visiting an on-line exchange rate calculator, such as
www.x-rates.com.
The Euro, US Dollar and Japanese Yen prices are derived using exchange rate figures from
this site and are updated daily. These figures are for use as a guide only.
All monetary transactions will be based on the price in UK Pounds. |
| Can you supply Body Styling parts ready painted? |
Unfortunately, no. All body styling parts (body kits, light brows, spoilers, etc.) are supplied 'ready to paint'. We could probably have the parts painted but we could not guarantee (even with a paint code) that we could match your vehicle's colour. The colour needs to be matched by a professional body shop.
Also, there would be no point in us having a part painted in a particular colour, only to find that the part was unsuitable
(i.e.. a returned, unpainted part could be re-sold whereas a returned, painted part could not).
PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAINTED PARTS BACK. CHECK THE PART FITS PRIOR
TO PAINTING.

| Can I have a discount? |
Possibly. We supply many items at discounted prices to various car clubs. To take advantage of this, we require your club name and club membership number. This can be added to the 'Any Other Information' box on the order form. Although the order form will show the full price, the total price less the discount would be deducted from your credit card account. This is because we manually check members numbers prior to applying the discount.
If you are in a car club which we do not currently deal with, please ask your club chairperson to
contact us for information about how your club can gain the same advantages (discounts, advertising, swapped links, etc) as the other clubs which have contacted us already.

| How much would delivery be to my country? |
Our delivery charges are calculated using a complex algorithm of weight codes/weight-by-volume codes and destination areas. It is fairly difficult for us to calculate this other than going onto the site itself and pretending to buy the item(s) ourselves.
Our process of on-line buying is that you place items in the shopping basket and then proceed to the order form. Therefore, if you want to know the delivery charge to a certain country, you can add items to the shopping basket, go to the basket, select your country and
choice of courier, then click on the 'Update Basket' button. This will then automatically work out the carriage charge for you. You can then click on the 'Clear Basket' button to remove the items from the basket. In this way you can check carriage without actually buying the products
Note: This applies to 99% of the parts. There are some parts which we simply cannot automatically work out delivery charges for, due to their large size. For these items (body kits/panels, spoilers, etc), please contact us via email, phone or fax for a carriage price.

| Can you send me a paper catalogue? |
Unfortunately, No. We are a purely Internet-based company where our website is the catalogue.
We have consciously decided not to produce a paper catalogue on the grounds that as soon as it is printed, it is out-of-date. Our website is constantly being updated with new parts, changed parts, discontinued parts and changes in price. This means that our data is always right up-to-date.
We now offer a replica of the website on a CD-Rom which can be purchased on-line. This is supplied with up-to-date listings, but again, will be
slightly out of date when it arrives with you as the data is constantly being updated.
